All of our authentic dishes have been hand crafted by Audra Vilkelis, former owner of Gourmet Cookies and Pies, who grew up around food in her parents vegan restaurants. For 17 years with her husband Trevor, Audra delivered quality, vegetarian food to the Western Australian market.
